My name is Wanda Foster and I purchased a vehicle for my son at Jacobs Pre-Owned. This dealer has a lot of nice cars with great prices. We were greeted immediately by Mr. Johann, he was very polite, helpful and attentive to our needs. He was able to find the right car at the right price on the lot. We took the car for a test drive and we fell in love. The car was just what we were looking for, price and all. We started the paperwork with Johann and finished it with Mr. Jacob. I have to say, Mr. Jacob is the coolest car dealer I have ever met. He worked with us to reach the exact car payment we could afford. He has so much compassion for his customers and does what it takes to meet their needs. We need more honest and kind dealers like him. Everyone was super cool, fast and efficient! Do not be afraid to go to smaller dealerships that aren’t the huge big lot new car dealers. This place was great. Even the finance guy Richard was super transparent and could not have been nicer. These guys are friendly, down to earth and not your typical high pressure tie wearing sales people. I had such a great experience I will probably be a customer for as long as I live in the South Florida area. I highly recommend these guys. I can’t wait to pick up my Acura this week!
